Where do you ship to?

The United States of American (50 states).

Shipping method

All orders are shipped using USPS standard ground shipping. Standard mail takes around 2-8 days to deliver.

When will by order be shipped?

We aim to process, pack and ship your order within 2 business days (excludes holidays). You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed. Once it’s shipped, you’ll receive an email that contains the tracking number.

How to pay for an order?

We use Stripe, a credit card payment system. We accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay. At checkout, you will have the option to select your preferred payment method and will be taken through a secure checkout process.

Refunds, Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

We don’t accept refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are final.

Your order is damaged or incorrect

If you have received a damaged or wrong item, you need to contact Art By. Alexa Rae with in 5 days of receiving your order. Please send an email to artbyalexarae@gmail.com. The email must include; your name, order number, and clear photos showing the damaged or incorrect item. If the item is proven to be damaged or incorrect, then we will discuss a return or exchange.
